Public Offer

This Public Offer (the "Offer") sets out the terms for selling digital goods (social-media accounts, proxy servers and other auto-delivered digital goods) through the Store's website (the "Site").

The Offer is addressed to an unlimited number of legally capable persons and constitutes a public offer. By paying for an order, the Buyer fully and unconditionally accepts the Offer together with the Terms of Purchase, the Rules and the Warranty & Refund Policy published on the Site.

The Store delivers a digital good to the Buyer in electronic form, and the Buyer pays its price. The list, description, delivery format and price of a good are shown on its product page at the time the order is placed.

The digital good is delivered automatically, without operator involvement, immediately after funds are successfully debited from the Buyer's internal balance.

Prices are shown on the Site per unit. Payment is made from the Buyer's internal balance, which is topped up in advance by available methods, including cryptocurrency payments.

Payment is deemed made when funds are successfully debited from the balance. The Store may change prices unilaterally; an order already placed keeps the price in effect at the time it was placed.

The good is deemed delivered to the Buyer once it is shown in plain text in the account area (in the order view). The Buyer is responsible for saving the received data.

Until delivery, the good's data is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Plain text exists only at the moment of delivery.

The Buyer undertakes to use the good in accordance with the law and the Site's Rules, not to share access with third parties to the Store's detriment, and not to attempt to bypass the payment or delivery systems.

The Store undertakes to deliver the paid good in the stated format and to provide a warranty as described in the Warranty & Refund Policy.

The Store is not liable for the consequences of the Buyer's use of the good, including account suspensions by platforms due to violations of their rules, or for the Buyer's actions after receiving the good.

The Store's aggregate liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

The Offer is effective until withdrawn by the Store. The Store may amend the Offer by publishing a new version on the Site. Changes take effect upon publication.
