Every account comes with a warranty window. If the credentials don't work, click “Report a problem” — an operator reviews your ticket and replaces the item or refunds you if needed.
A warranty report is reviewed by an operator manually. Open a ticket within the warranty window and we'll respond quickly.

Each product shows its warranty length. The order detail shows a live countdown so you always know how long you have left to claim.
Open the order, find the line and click “Report a problem”. This opens a support ticket — no automatic refund or replacement happens.
An operator reviews the ticket and picks a resolution: replace the item from stock, refund to your balance, or reject with an explanation.
Go to your orders and open the order containing the credential.
Reveal the delivered lines and press “Report a problem” on the affected one.
